WHO ARE WE?

Holy Dough started in 2018 in Strand, driven by a simple idea: connecting communities to a better way of eating pizza. What began as a small dream has grown into a brand where the heart of every neighbourhood beats with Holy Dough. We make pizzas that are light, fluffy, slightly crispy, and have a chewy texture.

​1.WE HAVE HOLY DOUGH OUTLETS
​You can visit one of our outlets, listed under our Order Online Section At our stores, you'll find dough that’s pressed by hand, topped with fresh ingredients, and baked in a wood-fired oven for your immediate enjoyment :) Our store pizzas are cold-fermented for at least 48 hours, leading to a chewy, airy crust that’s light on the stomach, kissed with a rich mahogany hue, and speckled with charred spots. It’s all about character and flavour.

2.OUR TAKE & BAKE RANGE
​
A convenient range of home-cooked pizzas to enjoy whenever, wherever. These pizzas can be kept frozen for up to 3 months.
The Take & Bake pizzas follow a different cooking methodology and are cold-fermented for up to 24 hours, with simple, wholesome flavours perfect for home enjoyment.You can find these on our online store under the Take & Bake Section or at selected Holy Dough and retail outlets.

At the end of the day, we don’t play by any rules. We pick a combination of fresh ingredients, throw them on top of our pizzas, and work our Holy Magic.
